The objective of this website is to promote racehorse ownership and an understanding of how it all works.

Whether you are the sole owner or co-owner of a racehorse, it will be necessary for you, or the appointed manager on your behalf, to enter into agreements with various service providers, including a trainer.

If you are a co-owner, it will also be necessary for you to enter into an agreement with the other co-owners setting out the terms which will govern the arrangement.

You owe it to yourself to understand what you are signing up for.
