The objective of this website is to promote racehorse ownership and an understanding of how it all works.

Whether you are the sole owner or co-owner of a racehorse, it will be necessary for you, or the appointed manager on your behalf, to enter into agreements with various service providers, including a trainer.

If you are a co-owner, it will also be necessary for you to enter into an agreement with the other co-owners setting out the terms which will govern the arrangement.

You owe it to yourself to understand what you are signing up for.

Racehorse ownership can take any number of forms, with the most common being sole ownership, a company, co-ownership, partnership or unit trust. Do you know the difference? and How do you decide which one will best suit your personal needs?
